# He wasn't on this poster
I did add him in, but it screwed up the composition and I figured no-one would notice.

So... That went well...

# Nobody else will notice Arrow Man's absence.
He barely figured in the film, and no kid over the last 50yrs has ever thought Hawkeye was cooler than Iron Man.
They totally need to ditch him for the sequel and plop a half-decent character into his slot on the poster. My votes go to Vision, Black Panther or Scarlet Witch.

# He was a bit pants, wasn't he?
Hulk - turns into an indestructable green monster
Captain America - war hero with indestructable boomerang shield
Iron Man - Billionaire genius playboy philanthropist
Thor - a god
Nick Fury - Samuel L. Jackson
Black Widow - sexy assassin with a conflicted history
Hawkeye - ... Really good at archery?

# Hewkeye Pierce was cool.
Perhaps the coolest man in the history of our planet.

# M*A*S*H was my first introduction to 'snarky' humour
Hawkeye & Trapper John / B.J. Hunnict were teh bomb.

Can only find repeats now with added laugh track which completely ruins the series. Bastards.

# ^ this
But using Black Panther or Scarlet Witch brings up the mutant issue, and X-Men are under different ownership so that may prove tricksy (esp. with BP & Storm's relationship). I'm just glad they didn't go with Wasp - I always thought her character totally useless.

Now, Ultimate Hawkeye (who is basically a good-ass Bullseye) would have been awesome. He can make a deadly weapon out of anything - one storyline had him chewing off his own fingernail to spit in the eye of his captor which penetrated his brain and killed him instantly.

# Well, maybe he's better because he doesn't need all those magic powers and razzmatazz to battle evil
