Many a true word!
I remember years ago a farmer was telling me that when he bales his straw he always had his 2 sons in the field loading them on to trailers and carting them off the field on the same day. If he had left them overnight by morning they would have had their strings cut / been set on fire /rolled into the ditch etc.
Another farmer I know found some kids playing in a barn jumping about on his bales so he "Asked them to leave" if you know what I mean. That afternoon someone came and set fire to his barn.
