it's not just a time thing though, all over the world opinion changes over what is appropriatesome countries frown on anyone doing the sexy time under the age of 20, so does that make most people in this country a nonce?

yeah, true..I think theres a massive difference between two 14 or 15 yr olds experimenting with a fiddle and frap, and a 40 yr old Lamé wearing cigar chewer getting Rapey in the back of his car though.
personally, I think at 15 they're still babies.. I have a 17 yr old son and I still don't think he's emotionally ready for a sexual relationship.
