It dwarfs everything else in the city, and a while ago it was decided that it needed something to make it less oppressive, so they got an artist to attach giant steel babies to it.
It's a strangely beautiful thing. If you ever go to Prague you really can't miss it, even if you try.

Mind you, that's probably cos I didn't have to live under the regime, so the architecture doesn't have quite such an association for me.
