This pic has a long way to go yet, but is kind of fun so thought I'd share.

I have never seen it, so I hope that is a good thing.

it's a fantastic film and, within about the first ten minutes, you'll work out what i mean ;)

modern film wise. (I say modern, half the people on here weren't born when I'm talking about). I love my favourites, but just seem to struggle with newer films. I think all the remakes and sequels just put me off generally.

and labyrinth is about 20 years old! if you want a classic, try the adventures of robin hood. it's errol flynn and olivia de haviland. cracking film.

are (although the list is very fluid)
12 angry men
To kill a mockingbird
Blues Brothers
American Grafitti
Pulp Fiction
Animal House
Girl; Interrupted
The Warriors
Put any of those on, you have a happy Sundae demanding popcorn.

The rest, either I haven't seen or didn't float my boat especially. Jaws, when it came out, (yes I'm that old) was brilliant. But now I'd pass.

but the sequels somehow tainted the original. The Jaws boat trip in a Florida theme park with the poor old shark falling apart a bit was awesome though!

But Jaws definitely. Doesn't matter how many times you watch it, it's just as good. Same with Aliens. I'm a sucker for Star Wars though. And Stardust, but only if you want a sniffle at the end.

Watched The Warriors the other night.
Smashy is correct, if you can stand Heston Soylent green is a classic, always makes me cry though.

The soundtrack. WOW. I think there is less than 5 minutes of that whole film without music.

Great feel good film with weepy bits too.
I would say something about your picture but I can't see anything properly, got up today to find my monitor up the spout, I'm on an old CRT with vertualy no colour, brightness or contrast! Joy;-)

Figure on the left made me think of Massive Attack's unsettling Karmacoma video with the robber pulling the gun in the hotel corridor... he wasn't wearing a short skirt though...

Lot of work to be done on it yet, but I don't know what to add next.

A window in the right wall with someone poking their head out?
Someone lying on the road in the foreground?
An animal of some kind?
