bit of madnessthey claimed they had the power to instigate bailiffs to recover items to cover the unpaid bill.This would have meant even taking the kids x boxes and video games etc.The most bizarre thing I'd heard from an organisation designed to help support families.They were ready to now penalise us...."you couldn't make it up"..haha.....what a fiasco.God knows what it's like today.
