Christmas means jack to me, so I'm at a bit of a loss to enjoy this time of yearNevertheless, I tried something new and did a comic thingy. It features Junior, a super-talented, hard-working artist cat who is in real life, a feline buddy to the sensational real-life artist and graphic designer, Nano Barbero. Like all artists, Junior occasionally finds that settling down to do some drawing can be the hardest thing to achieve when life and its annoyances get in the way. He is, however, resourceful and makes the most of things. So anyway, here's my effort.

I like to think not, Mongy, but truly I did not intend itThere's an ongoing thing about me drawing Nano's housepets and this is just the culmination of it. Might as well drop the other bits in here while I'm at it. This one was done in response to a conversation where he joked that Junior his cat did all the designs for the T-shirts, his hamster Clemen sneaked the sketches off and his bunnies did the inking. So here they are, the exploited, working for milk, peanuts and carrots

So any similarity to the good sir Jollyjack is purely unintentional. Plus I don't draw squirrels with tits. ;)

Yep, it's pretty ace I supposeEating lots of good food is always a good way to celebrate this time of year though, I agree. We tend to have cold meats and salads and that sort of thing, but I can see how a massive feed of hot foods would be the go in the colder climes :)
