Yes, at least in our society. There aren't many people who genuinely think any of those things are acceptable, and fortunately most women in our society don't have to deal with most of those things. But many people do think that jokes about 'getting back in the kitchen', etc, are acceptable, and women in our society do have to deal with them on a daily basis. I don't think this is a controversial or unusual opinion - see Everyday Sexism Project, for example.

Many women can take banter on the chin too you know, and that is how I saw the OP. Men who try too hard to be 'gentlemen' can be just as irritating, as in 'I won't swear, there are ladies present'. Just fucking be yourself. Holding doors open for people and so on is just manners, male or female.
