No.I keep meaning to give the Mass Effect trilogy a shot, but I never seem to get around to it.
As for stuff like Dragon Age, I've not played them for the same reason I don't really enjoy the Elder Scrolls games: I already live there. When you're surrounded by the castles and history of Britain, the irradiated wastelands of post-war USA appear more exotic.

Please don't compare Fallout to Halo.It's like comparing a masterful literary work to the skidmarks on the underwear of a fat man who has neither the ability or will to reach as far south as is required.
