The British low budget remake... A Doncaster location doubles as busy central London, Westminster. Here we
meet the desperate pair as they escape the confines of everyday political
life, steal a 1993 mini metro 1.3 turbo and head out towards the Lake District
via the A1(M). Reckless decisions aplenty, they quickly blow the cash on a
truck stop breakfast gut-buster and are forced to hitch to the border.
Forced friendship, unbalanced performances, lack of action and a predictable
conclusion plague this ill-conceived and hastily scripted blunder.
