Nice in theory, but Mogg would consider leaving without a deal credible in itself, and Kier would consider staying in the single market which is defacto staying in the EU as also credible.
It's a horrid game of would you rather... but I certainly don't think a second referendum where you just leave out the options you don't like is a good idea either.

The credible deal in question is Labour's own one (whatever the fuck that is) so I'd imagine its unlikely to match Mogg or other Tories
