
No I haven't, I see a clear distinction. activities that actually matter vs activities that allow you to demonstrate your compassion or because you're bored.
You know how to appreciate it? Go join a protest when your local hospital is threatened with closure. Go to your local workers in the good and times and see you can support them. Shout out your windows not to buy the Sun when they lead with the headline saying doctors should be fired.
Importantly: don't mix with your neighbours and invite your family over to visit in a lockdown, then go smashing pots and pans as you want to show how much you care. You don't.
