but it is a fantastic word, which I will use from now on at every opportunity.

With no knowledge of what it is.

I also intend to keep it this way, so no explanations of what it really is will carry any weight, as my ears are closed.

It's a french/swiss cheese from the savoir (the border) region ... its a bit like brie but more tasty
..use in the tarteflette (dunno about spelling) the popular dish of the region ..it's quite nice
