It's really rather simple.You will need a roll of duct tape and a pair of scissors.
Method:
1:You will notice that there is one person on the extreme left. This, by the process of elimination, (i.e., the other members of the group are to the right of this person), CANNOT be the "middle" of the group.
2: Using the scissors, cut a small piece of duct tape and place it over the face of the person on the EXTREME left.
3:Repeat for the person on the extreme right (whom we shall refer to as the "person on the extreme right").
Now this makes the solution so much simpler, having reduced the group of 5 to a smaller number of 3.
4: Repeat steps 2 & 3.
5: As if by magic, the one remaining face that looks like looks like an over-polished plastic Tony Blackburn is the one that looks like an over-polished plastic Tony Blackburn.
See? Easy when you know how!

You could have saved typing all that bollocks by saying X.That guy looks like Tony Blackburn to the extent that he is a white man with black hair.
Their faces are different shapes, their features are spaced differently. No amount of polishing is going to push his cheekbones into different places or change the distance between his eyes, or change the size and shape of his jaw.
