Well the whole point of all this saturation Goebbels-like Fuhrerprinzip propaganda from the BPC is because this winter even the most well-trained monkeys will start to query why they are suffering in desperate poverty while their opulent rulers snigger. So it's best to get everyone to grovel and keep them grovelling for as long as possible, by way of Pavlov-dog training, so that when the civil unrest starts early next year (which it will) the new Fuhrer can order them to shut up and sit down without being hanged by the mob as he should be. But the propaganda project carries a risk: don't ever let the ones with unpayable fuel bills realise that they're paying for all this drivel, or the wool might just lift from their eyes!
