My 12 year old copy of that has enough features for most Photoshopping jobs, so I assume the latest version must be similar to Photoshop CS6 if they've kept up. And you can actually buy it.

and it kind of maybe slightly sometimes works with some PS files, so you can import your brushes and whatnot.
