Why would IE have just decided to not let me 'View source' or save GIFs? View source does nothing, and right clicking and selecting 'Save picture as...' only gives me BMP as a choice.

Windows is shit. 100% FACT.

Your cache is too full
Delete your Temporary internet files via Tools>Internet options, and that should fix it
