My impression was that it is so shite
that it has to be a fake advertising something, but
I couldn't find anything it might be advertising.
I'm thinking of sending him the brief for our corporate public site
just to see what happens - if I get him to do the whole site as a single parameter driven .php page, does it cost
just 15 quid?
