I did a search for it a while ago, for pure research reasons of course *ahem* and was directed to a chemicals company who sell it over the internet. From what I read though, HST's description of it's effects was a little off - try a feeling of pure atavistic fear, primal stuff...

Apparently Timothy Leary gave some to one of the merry pranksters, who then saw the universe shatter into a million shards right in front of his eyes. He never found how to put it back together and spent the next few years as a walking husk. Stick to peyote and salvia divinorum - both legal in the UK.
