Sorry it's hot. It's not hot here at all.
My newest neighbor across the street has piled about twenty bags of garbage in front of his house. This is mystifying as in this city all garbage is collected in the alley behind. It's been there almost a week. I have considered taking my own garbage and simply adding contributions to this pile.

On Saturday morning he came walking around from the gangway to the front of his house dressed only in very white, very small briefs. He tried the front door, which was locked and then walked back around to the side. He very small and waifish loooking and has an artificial, almost orange tan. Maybe he is actually an alien unused to our earthen ways.
