is to use a program that makes animated gifs - in your case, animation shop (which installed at the same time as paintshop) will be what you need to use.

the help file will give you some info, and loading a few animated gifs and seeing how they're made will also help.

However, make the frames of your animation first (obviously). Save each frame as a separate image, and use a freeware gif editor to use the frames in an animation.
