03 - Don’t copy’n’paste links that are on the front page or post "FWD:" email pictures/links
04 - Don’t take the piss out of ill/deformed people
05 - Don’t spam us with the same link every 20 seconds
06 - Don't start a new thread for everything you want to say
07 - Don't ask for Frontpages and bandwagons, they happen on their own
08 - Don’t shout at newbs, unless they insist on being cunts after being asked not to
09 - Don't forget to Read the FAQ. All of it, not just one sentence at a time.

I had to remove the term "threadwasting", but i kept the original point of the warning, and all the others are modified to be clearer to non-b3tans/newbies

well yes.most of those are covered specifically in the faq, and everything is covered by plain old common sense.
BUT
people don't read the faq, which is apparent in 99 out of 100 new posters. and b3ta is not exactly a breeding ground for common sense. I am for being as fluffy as possible, but some thick-headed people need a little more than fluffyness to figure out what they are doing wrong.
