I saw a story on the news today
about a balloon taller than the empire state building. It's being launched from a boat with two crazy fools strapped to the bottom. Balloons still make me happy, and so does your picture.

it's not going to the vaccuum
but as the pressure drops, the balloon expands. At see level, it looks like a gigantic upside-down scrote.
