Speaking of popbitch.I went outside for a fag, and mid drag I turned round to be confronted by the woman who plays Gail in Corrie walking past me. At this point every jok Jim Shelly ever made about her looking like a cut mushroom or a patronising pigeon came flooding back, and I spluttered, choked, and ended up doubled up on the pavement wheezing. She looked rather alarmed and scurried off.
