Definately moveI handled it for a year and a half, then had enough. Now live in berks, takes 15 mins to get into the city centre and my cat is very happy.

we used to get alot of this in my areawhich is LS11 in Leeds...
It is bloody awful and you are completely helpess to change it... i am just waiting to have the money to move; good luck :)
