There was some bloke on the beeb this morning complaining about how he had gone from 30st to 60st coz he'd been immobilised and had just 'ate and ate and ate'. No sense of will-power at all.

but the results will be worth it. And anyway, losing weight slowly makes it easier to keep it off.

But unless you want to make yourself ill and lose all your friends coz of your halitosis due to the Atkins diet or whatever, it's the only way to go.
