What a world we live in when people hear shouts for help but dont do anything.

I felt bad, and thought of doing something.
But it was def a guy shouting help, which meant it was 99.9% likely that he's already stronger than me and I'd have just ended up helping by shouting with him

also it was 3am and I was half asleep.

My friend saw a group of guys hitting this other guy on the ground, when he went over all of them legged it laughing their heads off (including the one on the ground)
