TJAnyone suggest a cheap and cheerful host with no bandwidth restrictions and simple enough for a chump like me who has no idea how to do websites?

I thinkFreeserve will let anyone have 30MB of space, but members (like me) get 5 30MB accounts. Could be wrong though. They also have a wee sitebuilder thingie (which I dropped after 2 minutes and stuck a web server on my own box)
