I am too one of those, now

I'm too old/fragile for moshing anymore. I also have to take ear plugs to stop my ears ringing.

When I was 20, going deaf for 2 days after a gig was fun. Now it's plain scary.

Edit: but I am tall, so I don't get thumped on the head.
