But when I check the properties, it says it's called snail_mobile_weeny.TXT!
It says it's a TXT file!

Using a htaccess file
you can tell your webserver to treat a ".txt" file as a ".jpg".

You just change the extension
that way, hosts that don't allow hotlinking to images ignore it, thinking that it's a text file.
