crop a GIF69 file? Or do i have 2 resize all the original frames?

what program you using?

your graphics program should be able to just crop the whole thing all at once, or resize it or whatever

arcsoft photosuite for the frames

and microsoft GIF animator to link them all

you can fiddle about with it in imageready

i made it a lot smaller, cropped it a bit and cut out half the frames to get it 153k:

Most animation software

will resize the entire anim.

I know that Gimp will do it for you.
