Yep. There are some sick fucks in the world.

Our local pet shop recently took delivery of a bundle of kittens who'd had their ears snipped off with a pair of scissors. They went to good homes, but they did look utterly tragic. Poor little fuckers. The mind set behind an action like that is so fucking twisted.
