You're right, nearly.I'm thinking of Venture Scouts, which is for scouts over 16 I think. That's mixed, and is more like the Duke of Edinbrough awards.

It's all mixed these days.Well, not the Girl Guides, obviously, but in Scouts you can have girls and/or boys in all sections.

I think they gave uppretending to care many years ago.
Strangely though - I discovered last week that although Scouting is meant to be multi-faith they have problems with atheists wanting to become leaders.
