3) I went to the doctors, got told I needed physiotherapy and given Temazepan.
4) I slept. A lot. Mainly between 7am and 4pm, causing item 1, and part of item 3.

I've been to Swansea on a number of occasions. The curry house half way between Sketty and the Mumbles is exceptional.
