dial-up b3tans don't like big files

they clog their drains.

best to keep them small.

a lot of people are on dial up and 400k+ pics will make their modems scream for mercy !
as a guide it's recommended that 200k is a good maximum file size , usually for anims , it's a nice pic all the same :)
