It's all a matter of political opinion. A person whom I would consider quite noble might appear idiotic to you. In the US, Dennis Kucinich continually makes strong, clearheaded, well-substantiated statements, but he's way too far to the left for many people to take seriously. The same goes for John McCain, but he's too far to the right for me. It becomes this silly game of deflecting personal opinions rather than focusing on the politician him/herself.
