It was those damn games that loaded under the higher baud rate that did my head in. Firebird's beeploads were the best. Could always go back to reload a little bit.

Except Bobble Bubble never worked in 128k mode for me. :o(

I loved my spectrum, still have it in the loft.

I had an odd thing called a microdrive. Loaded games in about 15 seconds from odd cartridge like things. Had ant attack on that.
