Why do neds (scallies, pikeys, scum, whatever.) wear their stupid pants tucked into their even stupider socks (usually simpsons or some other cheap comedy sock)??

Real answer. Hip Hop stars such as DMX and Ja rule did it about 5 years ago and now pikeys think that by doing it they are 'street' (my mum lives next door to pikeys - i have a valuable insight)
