That bloke in the hat (not Stalin)
was Mr Molotov, who gave his name to the famous 'Molotov cocktail'. The Yalta Conference is where the Cold War is said to have begun as the Yanks and Russians basically carved the world up between them whilst Churchill resignedly realised Eastern Europe was going to be Bolshevised "and there isn't a ruddy thing I can do about it"
