P.s. can someone point me in the direction of a good guide for cleaning up my pc it's high spec but runs shit.

19kbps is poor - i'm on 576kbps Broadband with BT Yahoo! for £30 a month.

but it was connecting at 1 kbps and now its 19 thats not normal is it? should it actually display the 500 kbps? im a little hazy on the broadband side of my pc

*edit* i cant use your test for some reason my pc hates javascript. which is very annoying i enjoyed playing pool online
