I had a chicken supreme (I think) from BK once.
It was in a foil wrapper thing, all nicely done. the tomato and salad was fresh (!!!) and it was gorgeous.

Now when you order one, you get it in a cardboard box, with brown lettuce and no tommies.

The H&S people must have been round that first time.
