The only temporary solution
is to use b3ta's IP address 207.44.242.20/board that should get you in but it won't allow you to login.
To get the board working properly you need to do:
1. Flush out your cookie data from your browser or use a program such as Window Washer.
2. disconnect your dialup/dsl/cable connection and redial
3. open your browser and try the www.b3ta.com address
4. if that fails repeat from step 1.

Playing with your cookies/cache won't help
The master DNS servers for the domain b3ta.com can't resolve any IP address in the domain. Hence unless your ISP has the IP address cached, or you type it in your address bar, it won't work.
So you'll have to continue using the IP for now.

I am having a hard time
with getting b3ta to work properly too. First it wouldn't connect at all, then when it did I couldn't log in, and when it did allow me to post it then instantly forget that I was logged on and then I couldn't edit my post. I've just had problems even replying to you.
