The water pressure in our (Victorian or thereabouts) house is shite, so it means that us in the top flat end up with a thin trickle of water between about 7.30 and 9.30, ie when you have to get up and go to work.

kick up a fuss and say something about the absence of a reliable water supply infringing your human rights.

we've spoken to them in person, written them a letter, spoken to the landlord, spoken to their landlord, and contacted a pet Conveyancing Lawyer for some more advice.
The thing is, it never happened with the last tenants who lived there, and they seemed perfectly clean nonetheless.
