Diabetics do suffer from circulatory problems which in turn makes them prone to foot trouble.
Obesity predisposes one to diabetes.
One headache,( ouch ), is that many normal sox have too tight elastic at the top for their fat ankles and this turns their feet blue, eventually leading them to drop off.
