someone's making a German version of Harry Beck's London Underground map. So, for example, instead of having Clapham, you'ld have Schinkenklatschen (= ham + clap in German).

It's pointless, that's why I liked it.

# It has very funny results in parts.

# I agree...
Totally pointless and a complete waste of someone's life. Especially as I don't speak or read German or ever want to.

# It's been a while since I watched it.
I have them all on DVD. Prior to that I used to get them from a mate who downloaded 35 of the episodes on a 56k modem at over 200mb a piece. I have to go now, but I shall leave you with this:

"Pie? Drunk? The? You got yourself a sheriff!"

I remember a different version of that - something about the tube if Hitler and won WWII - it's two most amusing points were that Vauxhall was called Opel and Mile End was named 1.609km Ende.

/edit: found it here

/edit: hmm, mile end was actually 2.4km ende
