Install the GTK+ bit then the GIMP bit. Easy peasy. (Assuming you're using Windows)

you're not going to get sued for having mp3s unless you have like 5000+ and even then, you're pretty safe, no, make that untouchable.

I've never heard of anyone getting done for havng nicked software.
