I'm still working on

trying to shorten the video clip but I'm having problems.

Can anybody here help please? I have a 13mb avi file and I need to edit it. All the s/ware I have tried either doesn't open it or saves it uncompressed (and I don't have a choice) and the file ends up over 1gb!
