I use PS for pixel editing.
This was made in PS and nothing else.

I just gotJasc Animation Shop on trial. It's pretty good once you get used to it, check it out. I did the penguin in that, but its good for big stuff too. I'll be seeing if i I can, ahem, 'pay' for it so I can keep on using it.

PSP and Animation ShopAre pretty damn good products for the price. I use it for my meagre efforts. Can't afford P'shop and the GIMP scares me a bit. *grin*
