Nice, except some people run larger screen resolutions and it looks pretty obvious.
I'm at 1152x864. I'm sure some people are at 1600 pixels wide.

the easy way around is to add width="100%" to the img src code

True
but that'll spack out the text on big resolutions. Since it's a jpg, making it wide (with just the colored blocks extended to the right) won't add that much to the file size. JPGs compress big blocks of color really well.
