Or is that red and blue? I remember an empisode of Pokemon was banned after having about 2 seconds of flashing like that in, which cause most of the Japanese population between the ages of 5 and 12 to be very ill. Come to think of it I think it was red and blue.

i bet the attack the pokemon was doing wasn't even a sickening one.
come to think of it, it would be cool to have a cartoon where all the crazy attacks the characters do have the same effect on the viewers.
